Project Ek Do Teen is an initiative designed to transform how underprivileged children engage with mathematics. With a focus on making education both engaging and accessible, the project enhances students' conceptual understanding through interactive, real-world activities. From baking cookies to creating personalized game cards, the initiative showcases that math can be both fun and practical.

Since its inception, Project Ek Do Teen has expanded from just 4 students (from the Aashray Foundation) to over 100 participants, by conducting "Padhai Workshops", with each student benefiting from a more hands-on approach to learning. We have also conducted virtual workshops with students from the ThinkSharp Foundation and the Chaitanya Kul Foundation, teaching the students about the application of math in music. The project successfully raised INR 15,000, which was used to provide essential math books and supplies, helping bridge the resource gap. Students in the program have shown an average grade improvement of 14%, reflecting the effectiveness of this innovative approach to education.

As part of this initiative, I authored Number Ninjas, an interactive math book making foundational math concepts more relatable and enjoyable for young learners. It teaches through stories, games, and real-world applications and has been instrumental in helping over 50 students from the ThinkSharp Foundation build a stronger understanding of essential topics.

By making mathematics accessible and enjoyable, Project Ek Do Teen is not only improving academic performance but also fostering a love for learning, ensuring that every child is equipped to build a brighter future.
